MediaWR grew out of hands-on work with professional media systems.

That experience covers the parts of media workflows where specialist knowledge matters: professional formats, camera media, Avid workflows, captions, metadata, delivery standards, automation and the infrastructure that connects them.

Wraith brings that experience together in the products modern media workflows need.

Proven foundations

FORGE, REALTIME and VOX are built on Wraith Engine and the technologies around it, all of them battle-tested in live production environments.

Every part of that foundation was built to solve an operational problem that actually existed, and hardened in use before it became part of Wraith.

Media engineering first

Media processing is core to every Wraith product.

Wraith Engine is our own media processing technology, written for professional video, audio and data workflows. It provides the common foundation behind FORGE, REALTIME and VOX.

That engine is a robust media processing pipeline written from scratch, designed to support the highest quality image and audio conversions and the professional formats that broadcast and post-production depend on.

Developed with production teams

MediaWR develops products in close collaboration with the people who use them.

Real workflows shape the roadmap, from camera ingest and post-production automation to live processing and production intelligence. New requirements feed directly back into the products, keeping development tied to the problems people actually encounter in production.

The aim is straightforward: build serious media software that solves real problems, then keep making it better through real use.
